About

Hey there, I’m Archell. I’m an Art Director, videographer, photographer, editor, illustrator, and animator. Basically, if it involves a camera, Adobe, or a pencil, I’ve done it on time while making clients happy and my bosses look good (while winning a few awards along the way). 

 

My life started out in the Philippines, where I would spend most of my childhood blocking the street and playing with my uncles. My upbringing instilled in me a love of the outdoors, a love of sports, a love of games, a thirst for adventure, and a perpetual desire to learn. Before I was an Art Director, I was a professional photographer, a nurse, a graphic designer (I once created a poster for Lana Del Rey), and a few more things (ask me about it over a beer and I’d love to tell you all about it). 

 

But for all the lives I’ve lived, my life in advertising has been by far my favourite. It lets me combine all my passions in a creative way, and I love collaborating with talented people to make something people love to share. I love seeing ideas come to life, and I love how the industry helps you examine products and brands in different and fascinating ways.
